Fabrizio personally reviews tour requests and typically responds within 24–48 hours. Response times can occasionally be longer during particularly busy travel periods.
A preferred date is helpful, but the form also lets you indicate whether your travel dates are flexible. If you’re still finalizing your itinerary, share what you know and Fabrizio can advise you from there.

Yes. Fabrizio’s tours are private experiences for you and your travel companions rather than shared group tours.
Your accommodation helps Fabrizio determine pickup options, travel time and what can realistically fit into your tour without spending too much of the day driving.
Yes. Depending on the tour you select, the request form will show relevant options such as winery lunches, farmhouse lunches, sheep farm experiences, cooking classes or an optional winery visit with the truffle hunting experience.
Earlier is generally better, particularly during Tuscany’s busiest travel months. Many of Fabrizio’s experiences involve small wineries, farms and local partners with limited availability.
